Celebrated DJ and producer Call Super, aka Joseph Richmond-Seaton, has collaborated with composer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist Julia Holter on new single “Illumina”.

Seaton describes that Illumina was written “like a sung poem about light and place and memory.” Holter’s soft and ethereal vocals bounce above stripped-back percussion. The deceivingly low-key intro builds, until Holter’s vocals are fighting against Seaton’s signature oscillating glitched out electronics. Like much of Seaton’s discography, “Illumina” harkens to sweaty smoke machine-filled dancefloors but with the haunting addition of Holter the result catapults them both into new territory.

With more new music on the horizon, “Illumina” continues on from the Cherry Drop EP series as well as the much loved Swallow Me single. With an array of global bookings ahead, you can catch Call Super DJing across the summer, including some of the following:
